Physical Model and AR Overlay

We developed both an augmented reality experience and a detailed physical model for TASA TASB, presenting architecture through a new lens. This dual approach merges digital immersion with tactile craftsmanship, allowing viewers to explore design in ways that traditional renderings cannot. By blending AR with physical modeling, we offer a new way of seeing architecture—one that is more interactive, intuitive, and memorable.

The Physical

A 6’x12’ architectural model at 1:144 scale, crafted with riftsawn white oak, FDM and resin-printed parts, LED light strips, and acrylic. The piece sits on a custom flatsawn white oak table. Built in collaboration with Alex Wickes and Jonathan Bryer, with a final video in progress.

The Virtual

A low-poly AR model created for the Apple Vision Pro, optimized for performance and ease of use during the conference demo. It includes custom animations for the flying plane and roof, along with a few hidden easter eggs for booth visitors to discover. Developed independently in a streamlined style to ensure a smooth demo experience.
